Meet Sandra
Sandra is a meditation teacher and holistic wellness coach for busy and stress burdened professionals.
Her personal experience co-owning and running weights and bodybuilding gym inspired her to look for more holistic ways to approach health and well-being.
Early in her career, she realised that health was more than just a gym membership and a green daily juice and that the quality of our relationships, especially the one we have with ourselves, plays a vital role.
Through her gentle approach, she guides her clients to find peace with themselves, their bodies, and their minds.
